He was issued a challenge? Listen to yourself. You're sick.... You'd make one helluva co-defendant though, I can't deny that.

I suppose you just go fighting anyone who issues a challenge to you, even though it's against everything YOU SAID you stand for, which was obviously bull****.
He shamed Canelo for ducking a MANDATORY CHALLENGER in order to CHERRYPICK a Khan. Canelo could have fought ANYONE. It's not an exaggeration. He PICKED Khan.

I'm sick for Golovkin fighting a "WW"? Get your BS out of here. There's been a million WW vs. MW matches, and the #1 WW vs. #1 MW has a LONG tradition.
And ALL of you tools here are whining that Golovkin MUST fight Ward. Well guess what? Ward's 15 pounds heavier than Golovkin who's officially 13 pounds heavier than Brook. If you don't want to be a hypocrite, I expect you to roast Ward the next time he opens his mouth to talk about Golovkin.

They already reserved the stadium and got an HBO date for Eubank. If they didn't take Brook they would have needed to find an opponent on 8 weeks notice, find another stadium that's available on that exact date. Otherwise they lose the HBO slot, and those are a nightmare to arrange.

How can I roast Ward when Golovkin was ready to come up to 168 for numerous guys, but not Ward? It's hard to roast Ward when that's what happened.

Gokovkin, jist like every other boxer made a business man move. Just like he says other boxers do.

Theres no shame in it, it's you guys that built this other image of him and now are having trouble realizing he's no different than anyone else in the game.

Something everyone else has been seeing from a mile away.
Well duh, they've been saying for a while they'll make weight concessions only for A siders, guys that bring money and exposure. That's prizefighting. But at least his business moves don't involve ducking mandos and forfeiting belts.

Blah blah, that has been proven wrong. Golovkin agreed to fight Ward, Ward wasn't ready and wanted tuneups.

But none of that matters for what I said. Ward is currently a LHW. That is 175 pounds. He's STILL calling out Golovkin despite weighing 15 pounds more than him.

Here's an article from May 2016. There are dozens more all from this year.
Where is your outrage for Ward calling out Golovkin?

Yeah, that's what I thought. You're just like the rest of them, a brainless twit who's barely even a fan of a sport, who just comes to the forums to hate on a fighter. Here's a newsflash. You don't like him? Great. Stop butting your uninformed bull**** opinion full of personal attacks into every thread that relates to him.

Noted, but I already knew his bull**** before he did this.
No I admit Brook is a mismatch, maybe more so than Khan. Brook is a lot better than Khan, but there's even more distance between Ggg and Canelo. The guy is a professional. If it's a choice between no fight and career high, hell take that cash and the Ppv date, and be back in action 3 months later

Because, no one ever calls out Golovkin, right????

It will be similar to the Lara one.

Despite Khytrov calling out Golovkin publicly, Khytrov's manager did not phone Tom Loeffler begging for a fight between 10-11am on the exact day that Golovkin was looking for an opponent..... and NO, Loeffler phoning Khytrov's manager is totally unthinkable.

When he fights solid Top10 guys, he's fighting cans. When he doesn't want to fight them (and not saying he doesn't), he's got excuses.

There's no winning with the haters. B1tches will always find something to b1tch about.

you're right, he is not ready..... but neither was Wade, and Khytrov is certainly better than Dominic Wade and Kell Brook

According to the oddsmakers, they're virtually the same. I believe both are 6:1 underdogs. Ironically, somehow Liam Smith is a bigger underdog than Khan was.

However I truly believe that Brook has a great chance to pull off the upset... for 3 reasons. 1) Brook does not have a history of getting chinned at lower weights 2) It's widely documented that he's a big WW. He's definitely bigger than Khan, who came through 135 and 140 before. 3) Despite Canelo fight being at 155, Canelo is still bigger than Golovkin. He rehydrated to high 160s when he was age 21/22, and rehydrated to 172/173 in 2014 with no weights available since. Khan stated that Canelo came into the ring weighing 180. I don't buy it, but I do believe he was 175. Golovkin weighs in at 170. +/- 2lbs

If you actually think about it, despite the official weights, there was a bigger size disparity between Khan/Canelo than there will be between Golovkin/Brook.
I actually made a thread about this a few weeks ago..
Poll: Predict the official/unofficial weights for Brook/GGGMost people expect there to be 5 lbs of difference between them during the fight.. which is perfectly fine.

Golovkin didn't hand pick Brook. He got stuck with him. It was either cancel the September fight or maybe, if lucky, fight another top15 no-name - for which you guys would still b1tch at him for 'fighting cans' and give him no respect.

The man is calling out effing everyone in boxing who can add to his legacy, they all duck him, and you kids have the audacity to claim that he's picking easy fights. Get that **** out of here.

The same idiots who claim that Golovkin cherry picked the poor little Brook are the same ******s who claim that only way for Golovkin to prove himself is to fight Ward. Irony out of the ass. I'm glad he doesn't give a crap what majority of morons on NSB think.

For goodness sake, who is better for Golovkin's legacy, Brook or Ward ?

And you may have had a point regarding some of that other stuff if Golovkin had not just petitioned the WBA to sanction Brook as a legitimate defence.

                    I know exactly whats up.

GGG is LITERALLY attempting to beat Hopkins record by beating no-hopers.

Illegitimate WBA INTERIM defences aside..... I am going to give him little/no credit for his tomato-can run, especially after talking all that 154-168 smack but then refusing to be reasonable with Cotto, Canelo, and Ward.
