lol Their lack of diversity is one of the reasons why I've always argued that they don't have the best fighters in the world. You can't be sure of anything, unless everyone's involved. Moreover, there aren't many lifelong MMA fighters anyway, so that's another setback.

But, yeah, while it's unfortunate he'd take that stance, I'm not surprised either.

I agree, that's why I get annoyed when so many people say so and so UFC fighter(s) are without a doubt the best in the world when there is absolutely no way of knowing that. As messed up as boxing is, at the very least all pro boxers in the world can fight each other.

Anyways, it's totally off topic and irrelevant but I always thought I would be more of a UFC fan if the product wasn't presented the way it is, it's just a massive turn off to me. I feel like you need to have a Tapout shirt slamming down Monster energy drinks pumping weights while singing God Bless America and firing off shots from a Freedom rifle. Their whole schtick alienates me from ever being a fan. It's too bad Kickboxing wasn't more popular in the US, I can get down with that.

What are you even talking about? MMA fighters are from all over the world. There are fighters from all over Europe, South America, US fighters who aren't all from 1 gym in Detroit, a significant presence in east Asia (not just the filipines) etc. You also can't automatically guess a fighter's race based on the country he's from like in boxing. Boxing is a few ******uous cliques closed to outsiders.

I understand if you're a teenager and guns and flags offend you or whatever and you want to look fashionable around your hipster friends but saying MMA is less diverse than boxing just isn't true.

Dana White is 10x the promoter that Arum is. He actually makes fights that people want to see. That's the main difference in the UFC and Boxing right now. In UFC, the best fight the best. You don't have all these divas trying to protect their "0".

Who is the consensus GOAT in MMA??? Most would say Anderson Silva, Jon Jones, or GSP. One is Brazilian, one is African American, and the other is Canadian. Who is the biggest attraction in the MMA right now? A foreigner, an Irishman.
