I always get a kick out of how people get all hot and bothered over ODL statements. The guys supposed to try and sell the fight, make it seem like a big event so people don't feel like they don't want to be left out.
He said Mosley/Floyd would sell 3 million PPV buys and that Canelo/Cotto would do better than Floyd/Pac. The guy is just doing his job.
I doubt they sell out Jerry world for this one but they will have a good crowd for sure. I would guess $50-60,000 as they can use the start of the NFL season to hype it up.

As long as Canelo is selling tickets and making money, you can't question the moves being made. But it is getting harder to defend Ginger. I didn't really have an issue with him dumping his paper trinket at middleweight, especially since he's "officially" going bavk to jr middleweight. But picking the weakest beltholder there is lame, especially since he's already had a **** fight with Khan. And now, it appears that he's targeting Billy Joe Saunders at middleweight next. If he was gonna do that, he should have just fought GGG.
