And really Any Ruiz is a US resident but I we dont need him. Thats just from the top 50 no other country can compete.

The ones in bold are decent but the rest its either they're too old or past it or they just simply ain't that good.

    Arreola is a quitter
Malik Scott is a quitter as well
Mansour turned pro way too late he could have been quite good I think
Tony Thompson not bad but way too old now
Charles Martin won the lottery Glaszkov would have beat him if it weren't for the injury

Yeah you could work your way down the list, I mean some guys like Jennings
they're not bad just the upper tier guys blow these type away they were born too late on this eras best are much too good for them.

Mansour turned pro at 25, not that late, it was going to prison that screwed up his career. I believe he was a MW before he got sent down anyway.

Yeah, that's right I had a feeling he spent some time in jail too bad he couldn't behave I'd say that ****ed him over big time.
Some fighters just simply are good from a certain point onwards and I think Mansour style would have bombed a good few fighters out there way in his mid 20's to 30's his fault though.

Lets put things into perspective about the world titles the UK has hostage at moment:

                    • Ricky burn ( who been owned by American T. Crawford ) lucked up by getting the WBA vacant title.

                    • Lee Haskins : is only champion because Caballero ( American) missed weight and won it on the scales.
Anthony Joshua: is champion because Glazkov knee gave out vs. Martin ( American) but the real reason is due to the fact that the IBF stripped Fury.

                    • Kell Brook : had one good fight and ducked , Bradley ( American), Chavez, Rios ( American ), and now Vargas ( American).

                    • Jamie McDonald : Won a vacant IBF championship off some unknown cab driver from Tialand or from around those parts then robs Kameda twice!

                    • Carl Frampton: Ducks Rigo to keep his titles its not up for debate.

                    • Tony Bellew: beat some unknown African for the WBC vacant title only because the sanctioning body stripped Drozd the rightful Champion.

                    • Tyson Fury: won the titles in a fluke victory over a old washed up champion ( possibly with the help of steroids ).

                    • Liam Smith: same applies to this guy as the other Britts ( vacant title vs. a bum)

                    • Lee Selby: was beat by Fernando Montiel then robbed the American Eric Hunter in the UK.

                    • Terry Flanagan : become champion when Jose Zepeda blew out his shoulder before the fight even begun -- you cant make this stuff up!

But Terrance Crawford has to unify and become lineal to get some recognition ; Andre Ward has to go up too 175 to face Kovalev and still gets a lot of hate rather than respect for daring to be great. Deontay Wilder had to fight the # 6. HW in the world at the time to become champion and has fought three current top 10 and 20 HW's in less than two years but haters still call him a bum ; Danny Garcia is the most accomplished young champion at welterweight ( a former 140 lineal champion) but people only seem to remember Rod Salka then you had Floyd Mayweather the best in this era was never given any respect either despite breaking records and putting the sport in front pages year after year.....it seems America is held to higher standards than everyone else...because you know America is always better.
