Is Canelo Day Dreaming Of 80,000 Crowd Against Smith?

This comes as a surprise because Canelo’s next opponent Liam Smith is not considered that much of a threat by experts...

Alvarez already fought in front of 40,000 fans (in San Antonio) and 31,000 fans (in Houston).

The may not use all the available seats at the AT&T Stadium, though...

it's all about ticket prices. i seriosly doubt they'll price the tickets so low that they sell 80K of them. there will undoubtedly be an element of mexican americans who will go to a canelo fight in the area regardless, but a lot of boxing fans are going to get tired of his antics. khan at least had a name. liam smith isn't even the best boxer in his family

There is a lot of buzz here in Dallas tho, but yeah I doubt it will be 80,000. My wife was trying to buy them on pre-sale, but I told her that there isn't any rush for us to get them. I hope it doesn't bite me in the ass for waiting, but I doubt it.

You'd only get 80k crowd in Britain, too bad Canelo doesn't have the stones to travel too much of a diva.

Mexicans are ******ed enough to support him, even if he fights his grandma.
