I myself go with Julio Cesar Chavez, Sr. The Lion of Culiacan had a longer run and was intelligently ferocious is his day in the 1980s. 87-0 is hard to argue with and he has more title wins than anybody else.

However, Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erik Morales, Salvador Sanchez, Ricardo Lopez, Ruben Olivares, Carlos Zarate and Lupe Pintor are all strong contenders. Who's your pick?

Chavez Sr. but I think overall Sal Sanchez could of been a better fighter than Sr. He was a better boxer than Sr.
