Wilder fought better than Ive ever seen him fight

The fight was so bad on paper so HBO or Showtime didn't broadcast it. It was on what fox. That explains it all. Wilder won't fight anybody with a heartbeat so he can expect the same kind of coverage for the rest of his fights. BUM SQUAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

True, fight was a complete joke. They even tried to brag up Arreola, guy has been done for years. Sad they gotta almost build a shield around a guy like Wilder.

Like what? How be punches like mad man when he had Arreola hurt. No wonder his all tore up, those punches he threw were below amateur level. He fought a guy he was supposed to look spectacular against and now he out for the year. Great improvement.

I'm not saying Wilder is no Ali or anything but I did see improvements. His jab was more consistent, he threw the hook and uppercut consistently and actually looked comfortable doing unlike in the past. I'm not a Wilder fan but a boxing fan and I have to admit I see a few improvements in the kid. As far as the injuries, they come with the territory. Many of good and great fighters, past and present have broken hands and had other injuries. It happens in contact sports.
