Good fight. Beefy's stepping up so rightfully he's the underdog. He's solid though and an upset wouldn't surprise me.

yeah right beefy your not geting a decision, so your gona ko alvarez LOL yeah right beefy stfu. Oscar just see's joe gallagher fighters and thinks easy pickings, their stiff, no footwork, no combinations, headmovement or anything , easy pickings. Beefy get real, same with callum when he ever steps up and fights degale or even jack is 50/50.

I do believe liam is good at domestic level. World level hes below average and hes been fighting weak light middleweight's.
Sad but true and canelo is a strong light middleweight. Liam cant take punches like he always does thinking it wont affect him and he will keep coming forward.
Liam is tailor made for canelo.
If liam improves his defence which he probably wont then he will stand a chance but its the way he fights.
Canelo will wear smith down and stop him late.
Too much speed, power and strength for liam.
He is also a better boxer than liam.
If he wins hes a legend

Smith has been flaming Canelo and Canelo hasn't answered back. Oscar is trying to make Canelo the next golden boy. He needs to let him outta his cage

The way i see it is that Smith has never had the chance to step up to this level, so this is his chance. Nobody really just arrives in boxing at the top level, everyone gets there at their own pace. So in that sense it's unfair to write Smith off just because he hasn't been at that level yet.

So going by that, obviously Canelo is a clear favourite because he's proven at a high level where as Smith is an unknown quantity as a world level fighter. He's obviously way above the level he's been fighting at.

I think he's a better fighter than people are assuming. To be honest, i think most people are just dismissing him because everyone wanted the GGG fight, so it seems a huge step down on paper, and they would be right.

I really fancy Smith to give him a good fight, i don't know why, just a feeling. Win or lose, it will basically tell us what level Smith is at. He can lose this and still come out of it being considered a world class fighter if he gives Canelo some problems.
