Maybe he wouldn't have stopped them but i think it wouldn't have been much of a risk to try by that point.

At least when he was younger he was more willing to throw shots. I respect his ability and skill to adjust throughout his career as he got older, went through weights and had hand issues. It just never really made for great fights.

Obviously he just had a will to win in the most low-risk way possible. Willing to stink out the place just to get a win, i suppose that takes some mental strength to do and not be influenced by the crowd to try and entertain them.

Anyway, he was the best of his era but i wouldn't care if i never saw him fight again.
He injured his hand in the 8th round of that fight and had serious swelling after the fight. He pushed for the knockout but stopped once his hand hurt. I think his hands went down the ****ter when he got older which led to less knockouts.

His inactivity between Mosley and Ortiz

He could have had a fight in May 2011

Too much to post..the database of this forum might crash..

So I 'll just say one. Exploiting the loopholes of this broken system of boxing as he took advantage of cherry picking his way to the path of least resistance and all happening in Vegas as he clinched and run a marathon event.

          too much clinching

other fighters don't get away with it, every time brook's name is mentioned for example ' HE WAS CLINCHING PORTER ALL NITE DOE'

but when mayweather does it it's great tactic's spoiling and shutting down the opponents offence

              He is boring to watch
Never chances it with fights, never goes for the kill
He doesn't fight the people we want to see him fight
There is a strong likelihood of him being a PED cheat
He doesn't respect the old greats of boxing who put it all on the line
When he does eventually fight the people we want he does it by far too late

That's just about everything boxing related I dislike about him outside of the ring there likely is more.

The conformism: He was as talented as anyone, but chose to win with only the necessary even when he was able to dominate the fight in spectacular fashion, also the fight he always used to run in the last round, his chin was great, and his defense and reflexes to, he was capable of going toe a toe in the last round and still win, also he used to clinch a lot and some other stuff, in my eyes Floyd could have been greater than he is.

The better he got defensively, the more he relied on it. I get it, don't get hit if you don't have to, but I think he definitely cost himself, and us the fans, some exciting tko's. there's a few guys he could have undoubtedly finished early had he not put on the brakes.
