Oh ok. I could not remember who was in Norris's corner when he fought SRL and I don't recall any of his fights prior to that one. I'm sure I saw a few but it's hard to remember every fight, that many years ago.

No disrespect to Chilemba but I think Kovalev had a hard time getting up for the fight.

Against Ward the motivation would be there and I think it would be a close fight. Probably won't be very pretty to watch as Ward's style doesn't usually make for entertaining fights.

No way I can count Ward out - but yeah it looks like it will be a long fight. Even though Kovalev didn't look like such a killer in his last fight I thought he kept a very good pace throughout, stayed pretty responsible and boxed OK against a tricky style, which is of the mold of a Ward. He has fought two of the better style tune-ups that one could have going into a Ward fight with B-Hop and Chilemba. Ward hasn't done the same in relation to Kovalev... or least not in like 4-5 years.

Anyway, nothing too brutal in the Chilemba fight, but the way he set the lead and maintained it was good. Power didn't show that much, he looked a little slower, more open on defense...but I thought his overall athleticism still carried the day. In other words, even on an off-night the fight wasn't that difficult for Kovalev. He did seem to make a lot of excuses so maybe I'm wrong on how I saw it. Not counting Ward out...but think that is even a worse sign for Ward than if he had actually KO'ed Chilemba.

Andre "acts white" Ward easily beats the clumsy caveman commie Kovie on a decision. Ward will expose the cold war atheist commie in a slick performance making Kovalev looks dumb and very clumsy missing badly and stumbling all 12 rounds. Bet Ward to win the fight and clean up. Thank the Bearcat later when you collect off the Ward win. Let Freedom ring and the fat ****** mammies sing again for Ward.
