He may not have sustained the injury in the fight, but Wilder definitely has an injury to his right hand/arm. That was the least amount of wild right hands thrown by him in a while.

The conspiracy theorist have already started. Avoiding Povetkin but calling out Joshua? Passing up a 4 million dollar purse to avoid Povetkin? There's more of a chance that Raybinsky set Povetkin up to avoid taking the loss to his bank account after feeling played by Dibella at the purse bid. How's that for a conspiracy theory! Lol!

Boxing Logic.....Great Post.....I will say it again
...When you follow the masses the "m" in masses becomes silent.....I just wanna see a good competitive fight and that is what I think we will get between Postol and Crawford....Danny "Tropical Mexican " Garcia has already lost to Mauricio Herrera and Garcia also paid off Postol step aside money....I notice the WBC belongs to PBC and WBO belongs to Top Rank....It is beautiful when one can see the play develop right before our eyes and we dont get bamboozled.

Instead, looks like they're faking injuries now to push it back further.
I agree.....I didn't see any indication of injury at all during the fight. Wilder was landing jabs, lefts and rights all fight long. Knowing Povetkin's mandatory status, they pull this stuff....I call bullschit.

They did try to set Povetkin up and now they are running for their lives.

They pulled out of the fight prior to the investigation even being concluded, pushed for their full fight purse then pushed to have him banned permanently from the sport and his mandatory status revoked.

Once all of that fell through, they fight Arreola and now he will be sidelined for the foreseeable future.

All this seems to add up to you?

The fight was postponed by the WBC. Wilder didn't pull out of a fight. Can't pull out of a fight that literally can't happen because the WBC says not yet. They granted Wilder a voluntary as they believed the investigation would take a while. Two months later they still haven't produced a decision. Answer me this, what did Wilder say about Povetkin that other fighters in all combat sports haven't said about those that pop positive for PEDs. Recall VADA did not tell Wilder that there was 70 nanograms of meldonium in Povetkin. Just that he tested positive for PEDS.

You guys get so wrapped up in the belief that someone is afraid of another fighter. What is there to fear in Povetkin? Does he have lights out power like Ortiz? No. Is he a big technician like Klitschko? No. The premise that Wilder passed on a career payday to avoid a blown up cruiserweight is puzzling. Almost as puzzling as the crazy conspiracy theory that Povetkin was unlawfully given the meldonium to prevent the fight in May and now Wilder is faking an injury to avoid a fight that no one even knows if it can happen because the WBC hasn't ruled. I mean it's not like a Povetkin Wilder fight would happen before late fall even if the WBC ruled today.

I ripped my bicep falling onto a 2x4 wall grabbing it to stop fall. surgeon told me I can fix it like new but with my work I would rip it again easily being once it fixed a lot easier to rip. he said if you don't mind the way it looks don't waste the money. if this injury is true and like mine he will not be able to fight. I think it is bullsheet

What's with the haters calling Wilder's injury a fake?

I mean it's just as real as Povetkin's positive drug test.
