    I tried giving wilder chance, bu

    IMO his opponents always make him look bad in his fights, up until some lucky ko or something.

    This fight he hit arreola behind head, and arreola slipped to floor, I'm not impressed by that at all. If anything I'm more impressed by arreola making wilder look average since, since arreola hasn't been in his fighting prime for like 5 years now. Arreola caught him with some good punches and forced wilder back a few times. Also those jabs are all flash imo, they sound good to judges but come on..you got no left hook wilder?

    I'm fine with people criticizing Wilder (I do) but your argument is weak.
    -One punch (in a series of punches) slipped behind the head as the guy turned and you're crying foul?
    -Those "all flash" jabs were enough to end the fight.
    -How the hell did you not see the left hooks he was landing all night?? Esp the tricky jab/left hook combo.

    If you want to hate on the guy, here's some ideas you can run with;
    -His defense consists of leaning back and lifting his arms up. Very dangerous.
    -He had little answer to getting leaned against and getting punched in the body. Someone with explosive power like Ortiz could have really punished him there (not that Ortiz leans much).
    -Wilder is sometimes (not always) lazy w/ the jab, leaving himself open to anyone with good timing. Chris's few successes in this fight were worked off a lazy jab.

        He just toyed with a top 3 win on Vitali's resume, Arreola was actually in MUCH better shape for this fight at 246 instead of the 272 he came in against Vitali.

            Wilder absolutely destroyed Arreola.

                Now that's how you throw an uppercut, blindingly fast too. Not like some other fighters...
