What appeared to be a one-sided drubbing from ringside instead resulted in a more challenging battle in adding up the scorecards before Diaz was awarded a unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Sammy Vasquez Jr.

Hes not a beast at all, this fight was straight up terrible and Diaz fought like 1/2 of every round, but he still earned the victory in my eyes, but neither was impressive really, both showed their flaws, and neither belongs at the top level
