Family Feud is about to put boxers head to head in a way they've never been before!
Check out Family Feud this Sunday, July 17th at 8pm EST.
Shane Mosley, James Toney, Chris Byrd, Mikey Garcia, Victor Ortiz, Lamon Brewster, Ray Mercer, Rafael Ruelas and trainers Robert Garcia and Joe Goose will all be competing!
Steve Harvey will be doing double duty this summer. Not only will he host his regular syndicated Family Feud gig, Harvey will also host the celebrity primetime version of the show on ABC. Beginning on Sunday, June 26, Steve Harvey hosts the second season of Celebrity Family Feud, which is part of ABC’s “Fun & Games Night.”
For those who do not want to wait, the network will re-air one of the more popular episodes from last summer on Thursday, June 23 at 10:00 p.m. That episode pitted Anthony Anderson (from Black-ish) and his family against Toni Braxton’s family. The second half of the show features Monica Potter’s family vs. Curtis Stone’s family. (Anderson who serves as host of his own game show, To Tell the Truth, which premiered on June 14 at 10:00 p.m. also on ABC.)
Last year, Harvey’s show was ABC’s highest-rated summer show for 2015. Because of this, the network has supersized the show with more episodes than last summer and have paired it with new versions of $100,000 Pyramid (hosted by Michael Strahan) and Match Game (hosted by Alec Baldwin). All three shows are being produced for FreemantleMedia.
In the classic Family Feud tradition, Steve Harvey will pit one celebrity family (or group) against another competing to win money, up to $25,000, for the charity of their choosing.

Although fairly tame in concept, 2016’s casting of contestants could prove to be controversial. Steve Harvey will be welcoming Lance Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin, along with Bass’ mother, sister, and brother-in-law. This may be the first Family Feud to feature a gay couple. Bass’ family will be competing against Kellie Pickler’s family.
Another couple many people will find an odd pairing is Alana Stewart and George Hamilton, who were married from 1972 to 1975 but now consider each other best friends. Stewart and Hamilton’s team includes George’s sons, Ashley and George Thomas, and Stewart’s son, Sean. Together, they will be competing against Laila Ali (daughter of Mohamad Ali and world champion boxer herself) and her mother and sisters.
Perhaps the oddest pairing comes with cooking show host Paul Dean and her family, who will be competing against fashion consultant Carson Kressley and his family. However, it is sure to be an enjoyable mix.
