So first Broner "priced himself out." Then it was "Broner wants $10 million." Now it's "he didn't really price himself out...he did want the fight,,,it was just more than what we can afford." In other words, Pacquiao vs. Crawford (or Vargas). Makes you wonder about Nicholas "The Axe Man" vs. Loma.Comment

broner is in no place to make demands. his career his crap. can he even be trusted to make it to the fight (without doing some ****** **** to prevent him)? make weight? how many ppvs has he sold?
dude is insane. he gets so many chances and keeps ****ing them up. let's say he takes the fight and beats pacman. then he can call all the shots he wants. until then, accept what you can get and earn your place in history. broner wants everything forced fed to him, like many millennials do.Comment

Only fool can't see the fight between Jesse Vargas and Manny Pacquiao.
Bob Arum in house money collector!
In reality Bob Arum uses Broner's name, Garcia, Crawford but after all the smoke is gone still Vargas vs Manny.Comment

July 12, 2016:
"I was dealing with Al Haymon on making that fight. Al tried, but Broner was asking for crazy money that nobody can afford, so he is out and Manny is looking for another opponent," Arum explained in a recent interview. Evidently, Broner took offense to Arum's financial offer. "Don't let me tell the press about our meeting we had years ago at your crib in LA," Broner added, threatening to reveal details about a meeting he had with the promoter years ago. According to sources connected to Broner, we're told that he wanted a guarantee upwards of $10 million for the fight.

As always Arum is full of schit. Why? Because in order to pay Broner Arum will have to take away from his own profit, not that of Pac's. Pac's pay is guaranteed and contracted, so essentially what Arum is saying, is he has an expectation of profit, if he cannot reach that expectation then he scratches the fight, or rather, he takes the opponents earnings out of his fighters larger earnings (again saving his profit), which would explaine the mysterious happenings with Pac's fight purses. You know, how Pac only receives a portion of his purse. Bottom line, Pac doesn't pay, Arum does. Whether Broner is worth it or not is a different argument, but it was Arum who made the call and it had nothing to do with Pac's purse.
I don't believe Broner was asking for 10 million, but lets assume he did. Last reported Pac's guarantee was 20 million, so fighters Purses would equal 30 million for the main event. Do you really think Pac fighting on PPV won't make enough to cover that 30 million and still be profitable, I gotta Bridge lol.Comment
