At least one is between two world class fighters.

              That answer is obvious.

golovkin-brook is probably worse for the sport because it's being billed as a super-fight but will inevitably be a let down, and it could end up ruining arguably the most talented welterweight in an unfair fight

but in terms of the actual ring action, of course brook is still a better opponent than brand

Both are gross mismatches against smaller men, but atleast Brook has pedigree and knows what he's doing in the ring. People at his gym say Brand is getting beat around in sparring by novice fighters.

The first 2-3 rounds of Golovkin/Brook should be good, the first 2-3 rounds of Ward/Brand will be as boring as the 11th and 12th rounds.

Ward vs Brand is worse as no one knows who Brand is.... Brook vs GGG will at least capture the interest of casuals. From a strictly competitive stand point there's very little difference between the 2, the underdog has no realistic route to victory.
