I was going to watch it, but once I knew the outcome I had a lot of other things to do for entertainment, even on a Monday night in July, that I still haven't caught it.

Big f'ing deal. It was a taped delayed fight that most everyone knew the outcome. So people didn't tune it. Add to it that if was on a f'ing Monday. Throw that all together and of course you will get fcuked up ratings.

To say this shows you that people don't want to see Kovalev fight is ridiculous.

It was already mentioned: tape delayed, monday night, etc.
I dont want to be involved in Network fights/debates, but with all the factors going against the kovalev/chilemba fight, the fight still drew on par with
some of the Showtime outings like Jacobs/Quilin and Degale/Bute, which
should be much more concerning.

More people watch TV on Monday night than Saturday night. Sunday through Thursday night are the prime nights and Friday/Saturday nights are off nights.
