Where are all the good fights?

So I ask my boxing brethren where are all the good fights? 2016 has ******. Looking at the upcoming schedule nothing excites me. I mean postol crawford is a good match up but PPV? Its ehhhh. GGG Brook is an absolute joke just like khan canelo. Canelo fighting a bum from UK. All these fights SUCK!

I'm looking forward to Glowacki - Usyk and Klitschko - Fury but yeah I agree, 2016 sucks.

I'm trying to think of any great match ups this year and just can't. Fury v Wlad 2 might be good but it's taking too long. Like you said, Postol/TC is good but not PPV. Porter v Thurman was good but it has to count for something at the end of the year, i.e. Thurman against Khan/Garcia/Bradley.

In terms of Khan/Canelo, it was a damn good fight while t lasted and showed that Khan speed is a game changer...if only he had the boxing IQ.

There are a couple of good cruiser battles coming up but unless these top guys all unify titles, they won't mean much.

We also need to see Loma, Walters, Donaire in better match ups.

And I forgot to say, Frampton v LSC is a great fight. The best at superbantam moving up to face the best at feather.

postol and crawford is a terrific fight. two proven fighters with a ton of skill, and they've still got proving to do. and what's a better way to prove themselves than to fight each other?

kovalev and ward is a borderline historic fight. two prime, pound for pound guys are going to fight. maybe you don't watch a ton of boxing, but this is extremely rare.

i will be at ward - kovalev.

Ward Kovalev and Postol Crawford are two fights I really want to see. I never buy fights anyway. I just wait a week and see the same fight free on channels I already pay for. I wish there were more good ones for you but the best seldom fight the best these days.

Well 2016 has definitely ******. However, 2015 produced two major letdowns in May-Pac and Klitschko-Fury. So far this year, Vargas-Salido and Thurman-Porter have been the highlights that come to mind. The sport has to start putting together real fights instead of mismatches with guys who will get in there and go after one another. It's definitely a weak year. 2013 was pretty good. We had Maidana-Broner and Bradley-Provodnikov.
