Angulo was in a FOY type of fight with Kirkland, then was giving Lara major problems before Lara broke his face. Angulo was a Mexican Warrior, and very fan friendly. Kirkland was coming off wins over Angulo, Molina, and Tapia, two wins by KO. Kirkland and Angulo were both better than Willie Nelson.
