i like barry jones when he's chatting with bunce on the sofa but he's not a great commentator. honestly he's slowly morphing into a welsh jim watt

rawling is alright when he's not being overly ********** lol

in general i do prefer the calmer british style to the american one

HBO has their alright days like today, days when they swallow certain fighters and are unwatchable like 80 percent of the time. Few and far between is it good.

I like the Box Nation commentary. I DON'T like the skipping of the ring entrances. But I do enjoy the skipping of the national anthem.

HBO commentary gets on my nerves because Jim Lampley annoys me, Chrystina Poncher doesn't know what she's talking about and Steve Farhood is too biased.

Kovalev is an outstanding boxer. We can speculate as to why he didn't look his usual self tonight (be it Chilemba was on, Kov was off, or other factors) but I think we can agree -hopefully- that he's better than the impression left tonight. Every man has his weaknesses. A sign of greatness is in how they deal with them and I fully expect him to show up much better on Nov 19th. I'm almost certain of it.
I think Kovalev was bothered by having killed a man in that same place.

What was different about him is he lacked the mean streak, he didn't look to be enjoying himself as he usually does.
