So whats the story with Golovkin vs Brook

Ive been out of town for work and pretty much incommunicado. The last I heard Golovkin and Eubank were going to fight. Now he is fighting Brook a welterweight/ What the hell is going on?

Eubank Jr's father was being a diva in their demands.

Team GGG had to make a fight asap, as their scheduled fight was supposed to be September 10 (so they had 2 months basically to set a fight up). Remember, they want to fight 3-4 times a year. I imagine they want to fight sometime near January next.

Brook got offered what Eubank Jr got offered, accepted, and now here we are.

Fair enough, i think Brooks is gonna get killed but if thats the best Golovkin could get so be it. i may fly over for that fight.
