Why not? he turned down £3m to go to the UK to fight Brook. What's that? about $5m?

That said, it's hard to believe Arum anyway. He will make Pacquiao v Vargas now there's no Vargas v Brook. That's probably why the Broner fight is a no go. The developments in the past few days mean Vargas is there and waiting to fight with no opponent. Also he has a belt, he's an Arum fighter. Perfect opponent for Pac in Arum's eyes.

Don't blame Broner. Blame the contract that Arum has with Pac. He likely has a high minimum guarantee.
