How the hell can so many Mayweather fans (and this is coming from a guy who is a Mayweather fan) never see Floyd at fault ever, such as when he dragged Marquez up from 135 to 144 and intentionally came in above the limit at the weigh in at 146?
oh wait, you don't ever hear them making a peep out of that. "Marquez was p4p" is their best excuse
2.Marquez was Top 3 P4P...that's a fact it isn't an excuse
3.Floyd doesn't even get much credit for that bout, even though JMMM Ko'd Pac at the same weight.Comment

Maybe if anybody actually believes that Marquez could beat Floyd would this blip of history even be relevant. So that one fight is your all time justification....never mind the fact that Floyd has gone up in weight many times and frequently fights and defeats bigger opponents than himself. Much bigger than the disparity between him and Marquez...Comment

FLOYD NEVER faced a BIG NAME in their prime, NEVER. And if he did, he did it at a catchweight.
Golovkin didn't want to fight Andre Ward. That shoots to hell your claim that he wanted to fight the best in their prime!
I love how you haters make this ridiculous claim that Floyd never fought a big name in their prime. IF Floyd fights a big name, clowns like you will say he wasn't in his prime. If he fights a guy in his prime, you say he wasn't a big name.
In Mayweathers last 12 fights, he fought Berto, Pacquaio, Maidana, Alvarez, Guerrero, Cotto, Ortiz, Mosley, Marquez, Hatton, De La Hoya and Calos Baldomir. Of these fighters, nine were world champions at the time Floyd fought them(10 if you include Marquez 135 pound championship). It doesn't matter if they were big names or if they were in their primes, Floyd fought them.
Compare this list of world champions or top level contenders to the last 12 opponents that GGG, Deontay Wilder, Saul Alvarez, Keith Thurman, Leo Santa Cruz and Kell Brook have fought.
GGG is fighting no-hopers and 147-pounders. He doesn't even belong in the same conversation as Mayweather.Comment
