Comments Thread For: Golovkin's Trainer Explains Why Brook Fight is NOT Canelo-Khan

Abel Sanchez, trainer of IBO/WBA/WBC/IBF middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs), says the upcoming defense against Kell Brook (36-0, 25KOs) is a completely difference fight from the May encounter between Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and Amir Khan.

Maybe. Brook still gets ****** up. There is not even a get your feet wet at 160 fight. Talk about thrown to the wolves.

This is a welterweight champion challenging the middleweight champion. This is serious throwback stuff like Ray Robinson days. Which by the way Robinson WON his middleweight title fight by KO against either Gene Fullmer or C Basillio I cant remember which but if thats not enough Im pretty sure his last fight was for the Lt Heavyweight title as well with no 168 pit stop. The new age pu55y Fraud Pedcheater Jr fans these days are so used to divas dictating everything and there being titles every 7 pounds that something like this just seems so outrageous. This is why you "people" need to get out of MY sport and go be fans of MMA or WWE. This is the real deal here and Kell Brook deserves full respect for presenting this challenge and GGG deserves full respect for giving him the opportunity like so many OTHER all time great Middleweights have done in the past. 147 and 160 are the 2 most perfect weights in Boxing. This fight is hopefully the beginning of the new era and how things will be. Khan started it with his bravery. The Fraud Pedcheater Jr era of selling fans glory instead of grit are over. Goodbye to the posers and fakes like Fraud Pedcheater Jr and hello to the throwback savages like Kell Brook, GGG and Amir Khan. No wonder that gutless yellow turd Andre coWard ran for his life and only TALKS about fighting real fighters while fighting full time Cab Drivers and part time Parole Officers

Brook is bigger than Khan, but look at his last two opponents. He's going to get killed.

The best fight for GGG was Ward. That said, GGG is a killer and Brook stands no chance at 160. If you can't make GGG respect your power it's a wrap. Brook failed to make Porter respect his power. Tired of the mismatches.

"Throwback doe". This is classic boxing at it's finest. Don't ask questions, just consume what they feed you. You're only a ****** boxing fan anyway.

Well Trinidad, a career welter had 3 fights at 154 and then moved up to mw and beat an established mw champ in Joppy. But, brook is no tito and Joppy isn't ggg. Brook will get hurt.
