  • Why did Brook take the fight?

    I know he had talked about it before but no one took that seriously. But really what is the reasoning that he took it? Can't be that big a payday. Even if he looks good for a while he's likely to get steamrolled. There's probably an angle here, but I don't see it.

      I think Brook is avoiding Keith Thurman, but he won't run away from Errol Spence, who is likely to succeed him as IBF welterweight champ.

          He has balls that's for sure.

          I see him getting knocked out pretty badly in this fight. Props to him if he win but I'm not betting on it. Golovkin is the goods.

                Because it's a high profile fight,, lucrative, and he has nothing to lose,,, even if beaten, he will get respect for stepping up to ggg
