Weeks ago Brook called out Danny Garcia and said he's willing to travel to the US, but Hearn was told he's fighting Mayweather. That turned out to be just a hoax.

Calling someone is easy but does it make sense for Hearn to negotiate with Garcia side ?
To bring Garcia ,who has bigger name than Vargas, to UK, Matchroom needs to offer much more money.
Garcia has never shown interest of this fight as well.
Thurman, Bradley and Vargas will be willing to go to UK if the money is right.
