    Peter or Brock?

They seem to be the most talked about heavyweight prospects
around today. So who do you think has a better chance of becoming
a world champion someday?Sam Peter or Calvin Brock?Peter has the
power, but Brock has way more skill.I would favor Brock. How about
    you?

Becoming just a "champion" is not hard to do actually.

I personally feel they both have a good shot at a trinkett someday.Peter more so because of his youth and Power.....But Brock has more skills and good power but he is not as explosive.

          Samuel Peter.

I've always and still think he's the real deal. Alot of people aren't impressed with him as a fighter, but I am. He might not have the best record when it comes to opposition beaten....but what I see from him is pretty damn good. He's nothing short of a complete sherman tank.

His chin is made of Iron, He's one of the hardest punchers I've ever seen if not the hardest, and his will is inpenetrable.

That's all you need to be a great heavyweight champion. If he could learn to cut the ring off a tad bit better, he'd be virtually unbeatable.

I don't think people realize how good his chin is. In fact.....you need to understand that he went the full 12 rounds with an absolute monster with accuracy in Wladimir Klitschko. He absorbed a tremendous amount of punishment, that hardly any heavyweights could withstand. None actually....except Peter.

Sam Peter would take Brock out in one round.

I say Peter beats Rahman, Brewster, Liakhovich, and Valuev. Brock has a 50/50 shot against all four of these. Peter is the future, just from pure power. If he just works a bit on his skills.

Calvin Brock is an unknown. With Sam Peter, we know what the deal is. He punches the hardest in the division and has the best chin too. With the state of the heavyweight division, that's all you may need to be a champ.

Some may say that Peter may be just another David Tua, but hey, at least there's no Lennox Lewis in this weight class right now. Peter can be more successful than Brock. Brock seems like the guy that may get exposed when real threat gets in front of him.

                If that.

That would be a highlight reel knockout waiting to happen.

with Peter going at it with Vlad, we have a better picture of him. I need to see Brock against the Rahmans, Vlads, Brewsters etc before I sign off on him. Remember his first real fight was against Mccline and he got dropped before going on to win.

Peter had his test with one of the greats in the division Wlad and was very competitive in the fight, in my opionion, even knocking down Wlad once (no the other 2 were not legit). Brock fought McCline, who is a joke and was beat by past-prime Byrd, and even McCline knocked down Brock. Imagine what someone with power would do to McCline. Brock's latest win was over a 20-10 fighter, and he claims that he is fighting on undercards to build up his market, well fight someone with a chance if you want to do that.

                    Peter destroys Brock.
