your not looking at the big picture. it will be very hard for vargas to win in the uk. after the fight even if he only breaks even he has the unified champ and more lucrative fights

Eubanks saying it never came and that lla money was good. They were waiting for Mathroom. Hearn snaked them more than likely for his own interest

      Keep drinking that GGG kool-aid.
So I guess Hearn is lying about Eubank wanting to control the promotion end of the fight? I guess Eubank, SR saying if they didn't get what they wanted, it would be Sky's fault if the fight didn't happen is fiction? Careful who you call fool, dumbass.

Will they or won’t they? The ongoing saga surrounding a potential fight between Chris Eubank Jr. and Gennady Golovkin continues to rumble on.

Sure GGG doesn't deserve much credit for winning, but the middleweights who'd actually help his legacy grow are all ducking. I don't even think GGG is that good and can actually envision Brook giving him problems...no need to get all up in arms about a fight that isn't stopping other fights from happening though.
Brook daring to be great. I have no issue with thast and give him props but this isnt the Brook show, its the GGG show. He is the "man". He made this choice and its an embarrassment.

You know there is a weight class in-between the one hes dragging Brook from? And one right above him too. Oh but Mw dont want to fight him so lets accept him fighting a WW.

Yes this fight isnt stopping others from happening, except for a Vargas/Brook unification, which i dont care for Vargas paper title, but this is BAD.

I expected GGG to pick a name but not from 2 divisions below. He should be ashamed.

But you are right, its boxing so ill watch and fight hasnt happened so you never know.

as I was just telling another poster. It's strange how suddenly Hearn has become the beacon of integrity. Just yesterday I as defending Hearn for bringing back boxing in the UK and everybody else was calling him a snake and liar. Suddenly he's telling the truth and nothing but the truth. Hmmmm....

Who said anything about promotion? You said it was money.

I know youll try to say they are connected and fine ill admit im wrong. it was "operational" whatever that means. Just wanted to wait to see what they said. You know facts

Now GGG fighting a WW is still an embarrassment.

Vargas had pulled out already. Brook could've negotiated with someone else, but his weight struggles have been well documented, guy just said fu(k it.... I'd rather see Brook-Golovkin now than see Brook fight some tune ups at 154 before fighting anyone good. And Golovkin against Brook or against any MW gatekeeper is about the same....at least Brook is talented and not a journeyman in a s#it division...let's be realistic few at 54 would seriously consider the Golovkin fight or they'd send Loeffler some terms...twitter *****ing doesn't count.

Fine you make excuses and accept this crap fight and ill make fun of it as it should be.

Though im not on here much anymore ill be laughing.

And from what you are saying GGG still has yet to step up his comp. If this is as good as a MW gatekeeper

I don't even like GGG much and his resume IS weak , but he has been ducked and anyone he couldve fought in september wouldve been percieved as a mismatch anyway. Like I said, Brook actually has some talent and decent power....I'd rather see this fight than an ordinary middleweight shell up. It's not stopping anything relevant from happening.

Skills pay the bills but Brook doesnt have that set of skills.

GGG Should be ashamed but like i already told you, i agree this fight hasnt happened so anything can happen.

And i would rather see a name from 154 or 168 instead of a name from 147

SR did mention money. It always boils down to money. Hearn even said the Eubanks wanted to double the ticket prices charged for Joshua's fight. The guy made demands that he knew wouldn't be met, so he & JR could bail.

I certainly can't argue about Golovkin fighting Brook being terrible. It is. I'm in a state of shock.
