Agree tbh, I don't see him being competitive with anyone in the top 10 at 147, he's too far gone. Once your heart isn't in it anymore, it's time to hang them up for good.

Same happened with Floyd in 2008 and will probably happen next year, and were you thinking the same? Cobra you have double standards.

I hope he and Matthysse return so that Dean Razorback and Maxi can return to their senses and support their countrymen.

Ok. Floyd came back and fought Juan Manuel Marquez. Let's see if Maidana comes back and takes on a P4P fighter his first fight back. If he does then I'll take him serious. But I doubt that happens. He'll have a couple David Haye type tuneups then look for a big money fight and retire again.

Ok, Maidana should wait until Lomachenko goes to 135, and then call him at 144, miss to make weight and have a huge advantage and then say: "I beat a P4P men". Sounds cool.

Since Maidana last fought Floyd all we've been hearing is he made a lot of money. He's comfortable. He never really loved boxing. Now he's coming back to fight. I'll reserve judgement until I see who he pics to fight. Cool?

He's been gone nearly 2 years. It will take some dedication to come back and make an impact.
