How did Herrera beat his azss? With patty cake punches that were deflected off benavidez gloves and forearms? Not a very good showing by benavidez but to say Mauricio Herrera beat him with those feather fisted punches that didnt even land most of the time is crazy. It was dumb of benavidez to lay on the ropes for a minute of each round I agree , but he did that to himself, not Herrera imposing his will on benavidez.

With that being said benavidez vs Vargas is a good Mexican scrap. Its actually tough to tell who would win that but I guess I'd have to go with Vargas based off his experience against better opposition in the pros. Hopefully brook will stop being scared and sign though

bout time. both of the benavidez brothers are super talented.

jose had some off nights nad hand problems, and it really stagnated his career.

jesse is just a beast of a puncher, but he's got a lot of polishing to do before he's ready for the top 10.
