i'm leaning towards postol as well.

I do like crawford alot, i believe he is very skilled and has good pop in his punches. But postol is taller, and he knows how to fight that way. He has a great jab, good defense, and is very technically sound.

I wish bob arum was more supportive of postol, he's been hyping up crawford so much in the lead up to this fight, talking about him being the next ppv star and a potential fight with manny. Viktor is his fighter as well, but I always just seeing him gushing about crawford even though this is a legitimate 50/50 fight between two fighters that are BOTH promoted by arum.

I have postol outboxing him and winning a close but clear UD.

Once Gamboa got caught, he lost discipline and started trading like he usually does, only this time he was fighting a guy naturally 2-3 weight classes bigger than him.

Dulorme won a minimum of 3 rounds against Crawford, you're obviously either new to boxing or don't know what you're talking about
Gamboa did not won round 1 to 4 clearly, theses were all pretty competitive rounds, wich many of them could have went both ways, i watched the fight multiple time and last time was 1 week ago. Especially round 1 was totally even. Even assuming Gamboa won 2-3 rounds against Crawford...Crawford was only toying there, he said after afterward did he wanted to see what Gamboa could do then he openned the machine at round 5.

        Stick to MMA.

They couldn't have gone either way if you have any clue on how to score fights. Of course Crawford would say that, he's not going to say 'yeah Gamboa outboxed me for the first 4' is he?

Crawford also struggled with Dulorme for the first 5 rounds, he gave away 3-4 rounds in that fight, against a guy who's C level at best.

I really don't see anything out of the ordinary about Crawford.

But he loses rounds while he's trying to 'adjust', against guys like Hank Lundy and Dulorme. Floyd never needed rounds to adjust against guys of such a low level.

I just bet all my points with the guy above

I think Postol will win by ud or KO. I think it's today's two best 140 pounders in a good fight. I don't think Crawford hits quite as hard or takes a punch as well as Matthysse and Postol KOed Matthysee. I think Postol is a faster, more accurate puncher with a better defense than Crawford. Crawford has more punching power but he will not land as many or as clean of punches as Postol. Postol is a smart boxer with good power.

                  The rankings don't lie.

Some of you boxing fans are the most paranoid people ever thinking everything has to do with politics and that any guy that gets a title shot has a corrupt team behind him who bribe the organizations. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but it is rare when it does.

Those fighters were top guys end of story.

Of course they do, governing body rankings are based on politics, nothing to do with the skills or achievements of a fighter. How else would guys like Jojo Dan, Bizier, Lepai etc get high rankings? Based on what?

Funny how youre so desperate to critic Crawford that you mention he lost rounds against Lundy...Man he lost round 1 period. Then he finished him round 5 so who cares at the end of the day.

I wonder how many rounds Postol lost to Lundy lol. Much more than Crawford did for sure
