Hey guys, being serious about it.
We are not racists as you say. And we are not as white as you think. We are a mix of natives and european/arabic blood. Some are 100% european, some are 75% european, some are 50%, some are 25%. We don't have many black people here because we never had that much of black ****** like in your countries and a big part of them were killed in the wars 200 years ago. There very few black descendent people here. You can google whatever you want and it might be true that some governments in the past tried to hide the fact that we have some black blood in us, but they also hid that we have a lot of mixed native blood. The main purpose was to show the country as a more european country (which it's true we are the most european country in Latin America, but not as european as you think, we're mixed a lot too).
Back in 2010 I was part of the big census that is made here every 10 years. I had to go to people houses, make some questions and so on, like in every census. I had to go to someone's house and there was a picture in the wall of their parents and grandparents and they were black, and I could see that the woman had many black genes. And I swear that is the first time I ever saw someone black here that didn't come recently. The black people we have here (and we like them a lot, even if you don't think it's possible, yes, we receive them very well) is people that came here in the last 20 years, escaping from wars and hungry from Africa.
There are some racists/assh0les but towards people from Bolivia and Peru mostly, because they have 50%, 75% or 100% native blood/genes and some *******s tend to make fun of them.
You also have some assh0les that make fun of people with native blood. For example one co-worker used to call me "negro" because I have 25% native blood.
But they are the minotiry, for real. We like to hang out and talk with the black people living here.
So, to sum it up, we are not as racists as you think at all. And there's no conspiracy against black people from the actual people. Some past governments perhaps in the past, but not us, the people.
Just come here and try it. You'll be treated correctly by the majority of the people. You won't tell me how we are... I live in this country.
PS: there's also Asian people and they are a few thousands, maybe more. I believe they are more discriminated than black people.
