Not without context. He's not saying he doesn't post on social media. Besides, that interview is known to have numerous translation issues. I'm just saying what I heard him say recently that he's learning to use social media.

So no, it's not clear cut.

IDK man, Brook seems to have a following in the UK but both need a boaster. I think if one could concede itd do well in 1 ppv vice 2 separate 1s. And IMO, Brook vs Vargas is more of a significant fight.

        Brook vs. Vargas (main event)
        GGG vs Eubank (co feature)

        ???
Will come down to the type of money that Matchroom thinks they can afford to bet on the scope of the event.

The timing is bad now, but that doubleheader, as an outsider looking in, is a fight card that you could stage at Wembley (note how Golovkin-Eubank, on its own, is being planned for the 17k-seat O2 Arena [with those tickets likely taking a while to sell], and Brook-Vargas is only going outside because it'd be in Brook's own hometown).

With ~$10m likely in guarantees ($2m +the Mexican TV rights to Vargas, $2m +the German TV rights to Golovkin, $3m to Eubank Jr, $3m to Brook; Top Rank/K2 share the US TV rights, Eubank/Brook share on the gate and the upside on Sky Box Office), it'd still be a risk.

I always knew deep down behind that smiling goofyass Borat persona GGG was a thug. He needs to go in on Canelo publicly, threaten to slap him on sight and f**k his fine ass gf Mexican style.

They definitely want this fight. Shocked that they want it to be honest. And it should be signed soon, have got no worries this fight goes ahead as planned.

Eubank lost to Billy fricking Joe as Eubie is nothing no title

Eubank is full of hot air and sheep dip and needs an oral enema as the Eubie is a nothing in boxing. Maybe actually win a big fight then talk like a champion Eub you Brit perfumed weak link. Funny that Eubie

Apparently when he speaks in his native language, he comes a lot more aggressive than when he's speaking English. Almost like a different guy.

                I don't know if that's true, but it's what i've heard.

It's too far gone for the fight not to be made.

yeah, here's an interview given in his native tongue and then translated afterwards: http://www.boxingscene.com/gennady-g...h-more--104427

it's pretty interesting and funny at times

and there was another older one in which he seemed outright hostile towards the interviewer
