Sepetember would have been long enough but late October...... i was wrong to hope Haye had much ambition for this year......

you didn't know he would lose before the fight? he is shannon briggs after all. a guy with 1 top 10 win his entire career and that came in a fight he was losing with 1 second to go. its amazing how a guy can box for 20 years without beating anyone and still stay relevant.

you cant compare other eras...40 is the new 30...briggs does look good and tough ,I met him years ago and he wasn't mentally strong at all. if he is mentally strong it will be a great fight, hes stronger now physically, lets see if his mentality holds up with a live guy other than foreman/Klitchko .

Those asking, I read Briggs talking about a dark period himself, saying he was depressed, suicidal, broke and severely overweight and then got his chit together and now he works his ass off and eats right in addition to some obvious chemical help.

This would explain alot...he had Lewis in slight trouble in the first rnd ,had he able to land that one shot it may have changed his career . Ibragimov was not better than Briggs but if a fighter isnt mentally there hes in trouble and i saw that . Jameel Mc Cline was another guy who seemed beat before fighting Klitchko ,while his manager is telling me he feels sorry for Klitchko , Mc Clines body language said something else ..... IF Briggs is confidant this could be a war ,it all depends what Briggs shows up ,and Haye is not an easy guy to fight despite what most wish to believe .
