Man, Pacquiao is out of his mind. He is clearly doing this as a pawn for Duterte, but pretty de****able stuff in my view. May he never become president.

in the ideal world, this would be a non-issue....no death penalty...

but we are living in a real world with real problems, with heinous crimes, with human trafficking, child labor, white slavery, drugs and what have you.....and people living in diverse conditions....first world, third world and whatever in between....

those oppose to the death penalty, and i may be wrong, somehow focus on the convict's rights and appears to take lightly the feelings and rights of the victims and their relatives and love ones...

so, the fact that there still are countries embracing the death penalty and other countries that did not attest to the existence of a need to have basis situation....

justice must be served? justice for who?

wrong. half the inmates in jail are in for drug related crimes.

i do agree that giving out a death penalty for drug related charges is too much but i guaranteed if this happens in the US, it will clean out a lot of hoods.

You are both right. Most of the people in jail are street dealers, who can be replaced in a matter of hours. So you fill up the jails without solving the problem. Not a good outcome.
