This last qualifier is a joke.
Most weight classes only have 6 to 7 boxers competing in them.
      AIBA messed up here.

        Not at all surprise.
Someone like N'Dam who was a good amateur and has maintained a rather amateurish style may do okay at the olympics but most of these pro's don't have the style or anything else for it. A lot of these pros seem almost as deluded as fans thinking it'll be a cakewalk for the pros.
Its like an elite bodybuilder thinking he can hang with an elite powerlifter in a strongman contest as far as I am concerned.

The amateurs isn't full of inexperienced kids like a surprising amount seem too think. I guarantee a lot of these pros will get absolutely schooled.

I had a good laugh at all the "This is just wrong, pros will KILL amateurs, heads must roll!" posts on here

Manufactured hype apparently gives you superhuman powers...

Pros will lose to amateurs all the time

If an amateur qualifies to compete in the Olympics, he is already a lot better skill-wise than lower and middle echelon professionals. Believe that.

I hope N'Dam qualifies. I want to see how someone who has won a title does in the olympics.
