It just hit me who Raheem reminded me of on Saturday night, and it's Derrick Gainer! If you will remember, Gainer was a guy with a lot of potential who never lived up to it. He was a slick boxer who had some power, but never instigated a fight. He waited to fight until he was being fought, and if he didn't like how it was going, he clinched, held, and ran. Raheem did the exact same thing against Freitas.
By the way, I just checked ESPN.com and Dan Rafael said it was obvious Freitas won (116-112) and that NOBODY at ringside other than Max Kellerman scored it for Raheem. Absolutely NONE. No way Raheem won this fight. Draw or Freitas victory, but definitely not a Raheem victory. Raheem stunk the joint out and frankly, I won't miss him.
