And lest not forget that Floyd conveniently "retired" when cotto was murdering everybody with his uncle trainer evangelista. Came back calling out cotto after margarita assaulted him and manny drained him down to 145(with no trainer either and he too didn't want a rematch). Floyd then fights him at "full weight" to "fight the best cotto" whom at the time was being trained by an amateur coach. Cotto at the time he had evangelista would have worked Floyd to death. And With Freddie would be very dangerous for Floyd. I would very much like to see cotto v Floyd again.

You conveniently left out the part where floyd vs cotto was supposed to be a reality in 2005-2006. Arum changed his mind and decided not to do the fight. That was when both fighters were undefeated and fighting at 140.

Floyd ducked cotto doe. Stop it bro.

Floyd beats cotto 116-112 on a bad day

I don't wanna see cotto fight a 60 year old fighter with bad knees and damn near 3 years of inactivity.

            No thank you.

Cotto owes it to himself to take one last challenge.

I rather see cotto vs lara for the wba instead of cotto vs marquez.

Why cut weight when there is competitive fights at your own weight

It wasnt conveniently. We're are talking 10 years now. I don't recall arums antics. If you have a link to enlighten me I'd love to see it.

Cotto is not making 147, can this match-up just die already?

Cotton should take the fight at 147, then blow up the next day to 175lb and knock him out....

Both would be great money fights for Cotto, but those are the options he has to weigh.

Anything could happen, obviously, but I just don't see the old Cotto being able to outbox Bradley. We already saw how old Cotto lost to Canelo the better boxer that fight.
