SMH.......... Before he fought Porter, brook was suppose to fight Devon Alexander on two separate occasions, Timothy Bradley. Before this he suppose to fight Diego Chaves.

PREDICTABLE! As well as it is starting to become a Pattern for Kell Brook! Every time Brook is suppose to step up competition again either negotiations fall apart like with Brandon Rios or for some reason he gets Injured which canceled like the Chaves fight and I'm still not sure what injury exactly caused the Chaves fight to be canceled!

Not accusing him avoiding anybody but it just doesn't seem right to me because it is happening too often so it is starting to seem like he doesn't want to step up again.

I'm as frustrated as everyone else about these drawn-out negotiations. Was never that high on Brook-Vargas anyway, Vargas has a paper title and isn't very good, already got spanked by Bradley, seems like a pretty weak choice considering how talent-rich the division is but I understand why they're targeting a weak champ, get more negotiating power for Brook with two belts, nevertheless, come on already! Drawn-out negotiations to fight Jesse frickin' Vargas? Maybe Hearn is losing his Midas touch.

That was not a close fight at all. Brook clearly won 8 rounds at the very least. You cant just give rounds for Porter being "busy" when hes not landing punches and getting countered the **** out of.

Nowhere near as close as Thurman/Porter. Now thats a close fight.

Kell vs Khan @155, to test the Canelo waters. Nobody was overjoyed about Vargas anyway, no disrespect, Kelly took much stick about it and offered second money too. Khan still has name appeal in Sheffield.

As long as they don't cancel it I don't mind. Champions should fight champions until hopefully there is one champ in each weight class instead of four. That's unlikely to happen but even two champs per weight class is better than four. In a perfect world Brook fights Vargas and Thurman fights Garcia. The winners fight each other and barring draws you have one champ.
