You confusing WADA with VADA. As far as I know WADA has said nothing about Povetkin.

Once again WADA never said anything. They do not test athletes or give test results. They just make the codes. VADA carried out the tests. Stop listening to Ryabinsky.

Did VADA and WBC call him a cheat? I don't believe they did, they said he failed a test, there's a difference.

False...That WADA statement was not specific to Povetkin's case...Whats going to nail Povetkin is the fact that he failed in between testing after passing 3 tests....He will need to prove that the drug goes from undetected to detected...WADA nor VADA has said it behaves in this way.
