Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: Wilder, Fury Would Outwork, Outfight Joshua

The AJ Experience', as I heard Anthony Joshua's fight nights at the 02 lovingly dubbed by Sky last week, once again followed a fairly predictable pattern. The only real difference was that the fans were able to gather a bit more footage than usual on their phones, as batteries as well as Joshua, were extended to seven rounds of action.

I actually look forward to these articles on a weekend just to see the level of hypocrisy this week.

It was Anthony Joshua's first title defence against a guy 17-0, an American Olympian to win over the American public. Solid matchmaking in my opinion.

lets have a look at fish eyes current world champions:

Terry Flanagan fights Derry Matthews (9 losses) for his first defence and has now signed to guys Fana who has 9 losses too.

And Liam Smith maybe fighting Canelo in his 3rd defence but he has fought 2 people no one has ever even heard of in his first two defences.
He should look closer to home..

Joshua blessed and cursed winning belt so early. Guys like fury, wilder, haye have so much more experience and Joshua can't learn and step up opposition in stages like it should be done he will be thrown right into the fire . Wilder double his fights fury beat modern legend haye hits hard and fast only whyte has helped prepare him it won't be easy

Joshua is too busy fighting his sparring partners' second cousins.

I have a idea being he is new cash cow Joshua new star pull a Floyd and now Canelo pick and choose don't take risks until you are ready they want to throw fury and wilder back to back rough for a virtual novice

I think, at this point, it's true. But, there's no shame in that. I thought Joshua had more depth to his game and I was giving him too much credit after Martin but he still looks to be one of the top 7 heavies in the world. Dying to see him in there with a live opponent to see how he handles adversity. Whyte had him hurt briefly and Joshua looked a bit puzzled on how to handle it. Luckily, he recuperates quick.

Unless your fighting for warren he's against you .....he done it with brook, crolla and now Joshua lol....I'm sure Joshua would be the reincarnation of Mike Tyson if he was under contract with mr warren.....there's not many fighters that could actually fight Joshua and the ones that tried would be busted up pretty badly, his last fight he probably took about 3 or 4 shots through the whole fight and brutalised breazeale and left him a broken man....line them up and let's see them try and take what Joshua is gonna dish out to them...

100%. Biggest hypocrite in the biz. Jealously pours out of the old git.

Flanagan-Fana is one of the worst pieces of matchmaking in modern British boxing. Absolutely pathetic.

I'm sure everyone acknowledges that if AJ was with Warren, he'd be singing his praises and claiming he would wipe out every other HW.
