I agree 100%... I'm no professional but I can say without a doubt 75% of fighters are on something (that's a low number). Povetkin was in my eyes, a incident waiting to happen and with what was occurring in Russia it was no surprise.

Of all 3 champs, in my view Wilder looks the least suspect.

Robbed of $5 mil payday....I'd sue also

Wilder should sue. I mean that's a serious financial loss and looking forward if the fight was really exciting could have lead to a rematch for an even bigger payday whether won or loss. The implications are huge for Wilder at a minimum being out of $5 mil even if he lost badly.

Hate to break it to all the haters out there, but Wilder is the BEST HW boxer today. He would box the sox off Klit and Fury in one night. It's awesome hearing everyone nay-say about this guy.

Drug testing should be 24/7/365. Nothing surprising there. They just need to get their punishments lined up for when guys pop up dirty. The punishments I think is where things are going to be falling short once the testing has improved.

Why sue? Just finally go fight this guy. The money is in escrow waiting for him, stop whining and crying like a giant bytch. How dumb or how scared is this Bum Squad Bomber???

Drug testing is about to be year round for those rated in the WBC top 15. They have until August to join the program or be dropped from the rankings. And it's no cost to the fighters so there is no reason not to sign up. So when you see guys mysteriously dropped from the rankings in Sept you'll know they didn't register.

Does anyone remember when 80 percent of the experts who post on this site were claiming that drug testing was unnecessary and boxers should allow the commissions to do their job?

It is amazing how things change in just a few short years!

Does this mean the Povetkin fight is still on?

You know since he's embracing VADA all the sudden instead of making up his own rules that don't exist?

That's great news. I hope a biological passport program is started so that athletes' baseline measurements are tracked. This will help the testing agencies to see if dramatic changes in an athletes measurements are happening over time.
