Eubank's fairly close loss to Saunders is probably better than any win of Smith's, and Eubank's wins over Chudinov, Blackwell, and O'Sullivan > Smith's wins over Thompson, Radosevic, and Jimmy Kelly/Erick Ochieng/other British area level fighter. I also think Eubank is better than Smith apart from resumes.
