I never say a guy is using unless he fails a test or refuses a test. Roman hasn't refused any tests but he's never been tested. He should've been tested last fight because the WBC required drug testing in all title fights. Now that they've fully instituted the clean boxing program all fighters ranked in the top 15 must register by August 9th. It'll be interesting to see who mysteriously drops from the ratings come September.

I mean, steroids can cause "backne" (back acne), but some people just have bad acne to begin with. Not necessarily an indicator
