Over the past few years Top Rank CEO Bob Arum has staged several cards in China including two Manny Pacquiao pay-per-view events and various cards headlined by two-time Chinese gold medalist Zou Shiming in the ******** mecca of Macau. When the economy in Asia slowed, so did business in Macau which curtailed hosting fight cards in the casinos.
