The Boxing landscape in 25 years if ???

If The WBA (The pioneer) were to move it's Headquarters from Panama to England (London) ??? Giving a good deal of votes to Europe..

If the WBO (Johnny come lately) were to move it's Headquarters to Japan (Tokyo) ??? Giving a good deal of votes to Asia....

The WBC stays in Mexico and the IBF stays in New Jersey... Nothing to change here, both have the market...

25 years after this hypothetical move , with forward thinking...

Asia is a huge market to tap... Japan is a natural... They've got a ton of boxers particularly in the lighter weights... Asian boxers would covet the WBO title beyond all others... The Puerto Rican WBO has a solid fan base and stable of boxers, but that would pale in comparison to the potential of Asia.... The WBO could retain a secondary headquarters in Puerto Rico with a fair share of Voters...

Europe has always been a decent Market with quality boxers... England has a rabid fan base and a ton of Champions... The European boxers would covet the WBA Belt beyond all others...
If the WBA is honest with itself, the WBC has the majority Latino support despite the WBA's pedigree... Europe deserves its own sanctioning body and the WBA is the Granddaddy... The WBA could retain a secondary headquarters in Panama retaining a good number of Voters...

So, my question is simple... If these hypothetical moves came into fruition, what would the landscape of boxing look like in 25 years ???
Working...
