No. But he should be ranked above Kell Brook, tht was an impressive victory. He should pursue Bradley and Garcia to establish himself as no.1 I believe a win over one of those two guys will cement himself as the best and then he'd be deserving of a p4p ranking.

    Is Kell Brook ranked ?

nope but he should be ranked either one or two at welterweight....He holds wins over former titlist Guerrero, Porter, Zaveck, Quintana, and Collazo. Has win over top 15ish Bundu, and everyone else he pretty much blitzed.

He is on the cusp of p4p.....say he beats Garcia and/or brook.....He gets my vote

Best in the most talented division in the sport, he'd get my vote then.

No Brook isn't ranked but yeah you are right he looked better than Brook did in his victory but I have seen the ring rank guys with lesser wins than that in the top ten. I think there could be an argument for him to be #9 or #10.

If you look at the Ring p4p, I see no reason why he shouldn't be at least #10. They have Inoue as 10. Porter was a tough fight for Thurman but Porter would be a tough fight for anyone.

Nope. I don't rank Kell Brook top ten and he beat Porter much clearer.

Nothing wrong with being a tad outside the top ten though, it's an elite group.

Their certainly could but let's not over rate a win over Porter as being p4p rank worthy, if he'd stopped him then I'd been more inclined to say yes.

I'm a Thurman fan, I do however hold the p4p rankings in a regard whereby you shouldn't be allowed to just stroll in over a win over the likes of someone as limited as Porter, beat Bradley or Khan then definitely a win over Garcia possibly depending on the nature of the win.

Personally right now I believe Thurmn is the best in the division, I'd have told you the same before Saturday night. A win over the above mentioned guys would pretty much confirm it.

                Brook did not.

If Thurman fought Brook he would stop his basic ass.

Nope. Just like Brook ain't in nobodies top 10 even though he also has a win over Porter and didn't get booed like Thurman did by fans when they announced the decision. It's a good win but far from decisive. A rematch with Porter and a win over Danny or Brook to solidify himself as the best welterweight champ is what he needs to crack top 10 P4P.

Not yet, I don't think he will ever be a top 10 fighter skillwise, but he can definitely put together a strong resume and break in, similar to Bradley. If he beats Garcia next, then he becomes borderline top 10, if he beats Garcia and Brook, he's top 10 without question, probably closer to 5.
