154 if they fight each other can probably be considered the best by the end of this year especially with Canelo and possibly Cotto coming back to it.

Neither Division has established itself as the best just yet. Which ever Division in which all the Top Guys start fighting each other that will be considered the Best. Weltereweight based on History alone will always be considered one of if not THE BEST. Thurman vs Porter was the perfect way to official start the Post Mayweather and Pacquiao ERA but that is just 1 fight

        Junior middleweight and cruiserweight.

Cruiserweights rarely get respect, though, because they honestly should just be heavyweights.

130 and Cruiserweight are the two best divisions at the moment imo.
Followed up by 126, 154, and Heavyweight (in no particular order, except maybe from lightest to heaviest).
And with Gonzalez and Estrada possibly moving up 115 will also be up there.

175 is tricky, because you have the top 3 or 4 guys followed up with lots of unproven prospects/contenders and many of them don't even have 20 fights yet, so I don't think 175 is quite up there for now. If these prospects and contenders deliver than 175 could be better than most weight classes (that includes some of the ones I listed above, ex. 154).

It's 160 - simply because all the division is in total terror of one boogyman
