I am surprised he wasn't dropped at least once in that fight. Kid took some big time shots but still kept coming. Got to respect that.
He was the busier fighter but his style is so wild and sloppy that its tough to score rounds for him. Thurman pulled away after round 8 and deserved the win but Porter fought a hell of a fight. Want to see it again in Vegas. Would consider going to see it live.

Fighters are always checked by doctors pre and post fight. Even as amatuers we had cards doctors always signed off on.

They don always get admitted, but it happens quite a bit.
