Just how long do you need haye to be out to think you stand chance with haye?
Surely if Joshua, and his camp,(and his fans) are that confident they can defeat Haye, they make the fight, silence Haye in the ring and end his career?

However we both know there is a reason the "champs" will avoid Haye, as he is the most dangerous opponent in the division. The hardest puncher and Haye is an intelligent boxer, elusive, slick and will expose AJ.

The IBF will make Haye number 1 contender after the Briggs fight, so if AJ doesn't fight Parker as his next opponent, and Haye is number 1 contender, this allows Haye to call out the Joshua camp, forcing the fight that the British fans want to see.

Haye is trying to con people when he says he thinks he doesn't have to fight a contender in order to fight world champion AJ ....how does this arrogant guy work that out by fighting nobodies ?

Haye should fight at least one serious Top10 opponent before talking about a title-shot. Hes a verry dangerous opponent for Haye indeed but he has no arguments that he deserves this fight. Fighting and beating Briggs means nothing. the old muscle-grandpa is 45 and will propably land in hospital after the fight.

Prime Haye would likely finish Joshua off inside 8 rounds.

I don't know how the current version would do though...

Joshua is predictable with his robotic footwork, he needs to measure up his opponents for the right hand.

That's why someone with fast, lateral movement could turn him inside out.

Fury would also make him miss ALOT and draw him into traps.

I believe those guys and maybe Klitschko are all capable of exposing Joshua.

You just worry about Shannon Briggs, princess. Then you can start talking everybody into how "great" you are again and shat the bed with another underserved title fight.

Joshua is no where near ready for Haye. David would embarrass him.

I think Haye would be a threat to Joshua but the reason Haye doesn't want to fight anyone good first is because he just wants a huge fight to make money and retire if he loses. If he fights anyone half-decent first - he risks losing too early.

I haven't either. Knowing Haye he'll back out of it for a bigger money fight and leave poor ol' Shannon stranded.

Haye's a B+ fighter with power and looks good against anyone he can outclass. I think he's the #3 heavyweight behind Fury and Klitschko.
